Aithough, our current criminal law provides relevant explanations about kidnapping and selling people, with the development of economy and the widening of the gap between urban and rural areas, it is still common to see cases like trafficing in persons ( men beyond 14 ) involving in heavy labor, selling children and kidnapping and selling bisexual persons. After making specific analyse of legislative procedure about kidnapping and selling crime of criminal law, we discover that there lie weakness and flaws in the regulations and legislative level concerning the crime of kidnapping and selling people and the situation needs to be improved. I think the explanations on the crimals who conduct abducting and trafficking women or children are so limited and not as comprehensive as crime of abducting and selling people. I hope the constituent can redefine the accusation of the crime of abducting and selling people and briding the abducted and meanwhile, introduce new standards for crime, taking, any acts against victims as one of the conditions violating law so that all except children can receive proper protection and judicial organizatons are able to combat and control all kinds of criminal activities.
